In the days before air-conditioning, a "summer kitchen" was added to gracious homes in order to remove the heat of the cooking fires from the main house during hot weather. Behind our dining room's golden brown stone wall is the former summer kitchen of this landmark Penn's Park building. Now this historic space has been returned to its original use, transformed into the professional restaurant kitchen where Chef Mario produces his unique cuisine. Our goal is to give you, our guest, the experience of dining in a gracious country home. We offer Chef Mario's unique blend of European and American Cuisines accented with the spicy flair of his cuban heritage.
